When finances permit, larger infrastructure projects have been funded where a real difference can be made.

Several clinics have been built. These are also used to stock mobile clinics which visit rural villages. 

Clinics and pharmacies are run by appropriately qualified volunteers. Whilst it is exciting to fund these larger projects it is essential that they are supplied with medicines and Project Return continues to do this as an annual commitment. Funding is also provided for cataract operations.
